Goals of August Programming
Watch out for the next 12 weeks we are getting STRONG this cycle. Be prepared to see a big focus on Olympic Lifts (Snatch & Clean+Jerk.) We will also be focusing on getting GYMNASTY with the development of the Pull Ups, Handstand work, & Strict Ring Muscle Ups.

5 Year Anniversary Party
August 31st, 2019 10am
Come celebrate the 5th anniversary of our wonderful gym CrossFit Lacey! We will do a throwback workout for the morning classes and then hang out for some outdoor games, potluck, drinks, and family time!
Oly Luve Competition
September 28th, 2019

Coming Soon: New Class! Reclaim with Coach Julie
When: Starting in September Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30pm. For who: Reclaim is designed for women with an emphasis on rebuilding core strength, proper bracing and breathing in workouts, pelvic floor rehab, and overall toning and conditioning.
