BRAD HOWARD

Brad began CrossFit in 2011 and has had the pleasure of visiting numerous gyms throughout the US and Philippines during his travels. He started at Training Day in 2017 and started coaching in 2025 as a way to give back to the community that has given him and his family so much. Brad's daily coaching goal is to ensure everyone walks out of the gym feeling great. He is here to support you reaching and exceeding your fitness goals, whatever those may be. We are a community and will improve our fitness together, every day.
