“I was born and raised in New Zealand where I played Netball, Basketball, Volleyball and Soccer. I moved to the United States when I was 20 and consider Colorado home. It’s where I first fell in love with the intensity and community of CrossFit. My transition from athlete to coach happened in Arizona, when the owner of the gym recognized my passion and invited me to step behind the whiteboard. Since then, I’ve gained my CrossFit Level 1 and plan to put in some more time before going for my CF L2. I’m new to the area, but the community here in Lacey is incredible, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to coach and grow alongside such a dedicated group of athletes.”
