​Training day is offering an 6 week strength and conditioning camp to prepare students
​for their upcoming sports seasons, stay in shape through the summer​
and improve their overall athletic performance. 

July 10 - August 18 2017
Monday - Thursday
830A-1000A and 12:00N to 1:30P

 


​OUR MISSION
is to assist local athletic programs in their success using functional movement with emphasis on: Power, Speed, Agility 
and Injury Prevention in
​a way that promotes camaraderie amongst the
team and tenacity within the athlete.

Over the last two years, Training Day has been training and developing athletic teams, working with individual athletes and building training programs based around years of firsthand experience and education. Our goal is to provide high level training at an affordable cost to student athletes. 
 
The objective of the camp is to test the student’s fitness by measuring speed, strength, agility, power, flexibility and their bodies’ ability to achieve proper functional movements. Athletes will then go through a rigorous training program designed to push and develop their skills at an optimal rate while avoiding over training and injury. We will be working with top quality equipment and highly qualified strength and conditioning coaches to build you or your athlete’s athletic capabilities. 
 
Space is limited, so reserve your spot ASAP by making a $100 deposit.

Please print and fill out the ATHLETE INFORMATION FORM, along with the WAIVER.  Bring both completed forms to the first day of camp. The completed forms and payment are required to be turned in before the athlete can participate.

REQUIRMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS
  • Athletes are required to bring a reusable water bottle each day
  • Athletic shoes 
  • Eat breakfast  
  • Get proper sleep and rest 
  • Inform coaches of injuries, allergies and any health concerns. 

COST AND PAYMENT BREAKDOWN
Total cost $200.00 after tax 
 
Deposit of $100 due at registration 
Remaining balance $100 due July 17th. 

Partial scholarships are available for financial hardship.
