We are so excited to announce that RECLAIM is going to be a regular class starting in September on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30pm. Reclaim is designed for woman with emphasis on rebuilding core strength, proper bracing and breathing in workouts, pelvic floor rehab, and overall toning and conditioning. This class is very hands on and specialized based on each athletes current fitness level and stage of life.
