Foundations 
If you have never done CrossFit, we suggest that new members attend a Foundations course. This class covers all the primary movements we use in daily workouts and new members will get a feel for the flow of how classes are run. This program is an important process in becoming a member of Training Day as it ensures your safety and preparation for group workouts. Intro classes are offered once a month. Please email us for current classes.
