Sarah played a variety of sports growing up and discovered CrossFit in 2013, sparking a passion that led to her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. While in her bachelor’s program, Sarah earned her CrossFit Level 1 and began coaching in 2016.
Since then, Sarah has earned a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and is currently a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CCFT), ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM-CPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Sarah’s favorite parts about CrossFit are the community it builds and the constant challenge it provides. Her favorite part about coaching is celebrating athletes’ progress and being inspired by the stories of improved quality of life that athletes share.
Outside of CrossFit, Sarah enjoys reading, practicing yoga, having a little treat, and spending time with her family.
