Join us on August 19 to show Shayla how strong her support system is... literally! Participants will put their best foot forward in three events; back squat, deadlift, and bench press. The event will be utilizing the Wilks Coefficient to calculate body weight into the lifts, making it competitive for everyone!
Not up to throwing around heavy weight? That's fine! You can participate in some bicep curls with good beer and food. All proceeds will go directly to Shayla and her family while she fights the battle against Leukemia (f*ck cancer, am I right?).
