TEEN'S SUMMER PROGRAMS
Training day is offering two different camps this summer to prepare students
for their upcoming sports seasons, stay in shape through the summer

Athletic Foundations Camp
For students entering 5th through 8th grade Schedule: July 11 - August 18 Monday & Thursday 12:00pm-1:00pm Cost: $120 (Includes T-shirt). This program is designed to help students develop a strong foundation for sport. Programming focuses on balance, body awareness, speed, agility, and introduction to strength training. Students will learn proper mechanics, warmup and cool down. The main goal is for students to have fun while learning how to work as a team and build confidence in their abilities individually. Registration: $50 Non-Refundable deposit is required at registration. Balance of $70 due by July 5th. - Register Here - *Please fill out the registration form completely. Athletic Development Camp
For Students entering 9th grade to College Freshman Schedule: July 11 - August 18 Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 1:00-2:15pm Cost: $175 (Includes T-Shirt) This program is designed to build strength, speed, agility, increase vertical, power and mental readiness for sport. Emphasis on proper mechanics, injury prevention, and developing skills to enhance student’s ability to excel in their specific sport. Students will be tested on various markers at the start of camp and again at the end of camp to track their progress and growth. Students will gain knowledge and skills that they can carry into their on and off season training throughout the year. Registration: $50 Non-Refundable deposit is required at registration.
